The Contract/Amendment Summary screen allows users to view contract and amendment summary.

[edit] View Data
Click 
to retrieve contracts.
Use the search fields at the top to narrow the search results.
Select a contract from the list to view details. Navigate to a tab to see additional information.
To view location data for a specific date, toggle the Quantities/Locations Effective On radio button, enter the date and click [Filter].
To view available path quantity, toggle the Quantities/Locations Effective On radio button, enter From and To points and click [Calculate].

[edit] Contract Summary & Amendment Summary
The Contract Summary tab displays general information about the contract, such as ownership, term, service, primary and secondary locations, release details and segmentation data.
The Amendment Summary tab displays general amendment information.
- Svc Req K - A unique identifier issued to the contract.
- Status - Contract status.
- Svc Requester - Name of the customer associated with the contract.
- Svc Req ID - ID of the customer associated with the contract.
- Rate Schedule - Type of service that the contract covers.
- Service - Service name.
- Evergreen - Evergreen clause indicator.
- Begin Date - Contract term begin date.
- End Date - Contract term end date.
- Agreement Date - Date the contract was initiated between the customer and the pipeline.
- Termination Date - Date the contract was terminated.
- Actual End Date - Actual end date of the contract.
- Amendment ID - Active amendment ID.
- Amendment Date - Amendment execution date.
- Zone (Storage) - Storage zone.
Contract Quantities
(Rights Data)
- Base Quantity - Maximum daily contract quantity.
- MDIQ - Maximum Daily Injection Quantity - Maximum quantity of gas which the pipeline is obligated to inject into storage on any day, as specified in an executed storage agreement.
- MDWQ - Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity - Maximum quantity of gas which the pipeline is obligated to withdraw from storage on any day, as specified in an executed storage agreement.
Receipt/Delivery Locations

- Loc Prop - Location proprietary number.
- Location - Location proprietary number.
- Location Name - Location full name.
- Loc Type - Location classification.
- P/S - Primary/secondary identifier.
- G/T - Point function (gathering/transmission).
- Area/Miles - Location's physical attributes.
- Zone- Zone in which the imbalance occurred.
- State/County - Physical aspects of the segment.
- Qty - Total quantity to which the charge applies.
Releases
(Releases created from the selected contract)
- Offer Id - Offer through which the contract was release by the shipper.
- Bid ID - Winning bid system ID.
- Start Dt - Replacement contract begin date.
- End Dt - Replacement contract end date.
- Award Qty - Award quantity.
Recalls to Releasing Contracts
(Capacity recalled from the selected replacement contract to the parent contract)

Recalls To This Contract
(Capacity recalled by the selected parent contract from the replacement contract)
- Recall Number - System ID.
- Recall Status - Current recall status.
- Recall Start/End Date&Time - Recall date range.
- Recall Submit Date/Time - Recall initiation timestamp.
- Partial Recall Ind - Indicates if recall was done for full or partial capacity.
- Recall Qty - Recall quantity.
Reputs To This Contract
(Previously recalled capacity reput by the releasing parent contract to the selected replacement contract)

Reputs To Acquiring Contracts
(Previously recalled capacity reput by the selected parent contract to the replacement contract).
- Reput Recall Number - System ID.
- Reput Start/End Date - Reput date range.
- Reput Submit Date/Time - Reput initiation timestamp.
Segmentation Data (TCO)
(Segmentation details)
- ID - System identifier.
- Asset - Pipeline segment.
- Status - Segmentation status (active/inactive).
- Segment Date - Segmentation initiation date.
- Unsegment Date - Unsegmentation initiation date.
- Rec/Del Code - Segmentation path.
- Qty - Total segmentation quantity.
- Eff Begin/End Date - Effective date range.
- Upstream K - Upstream contract produced via segmentation.
- Downstream K - Downstream contract produced via segmentation.

Displays contract's internal and external contacts.
Service Provider Contacts
(Pipeline customer service; Internal Contacts)
- Contact Role - Contact person's role.
- First/Last Name - Contact's name.
- Phone/Fax/Email - Contact details.
Service Requester Contacts
(Customer contacts; External Contacts)
- Contact Role - Contact person's role.
- BA Name - Full name under which business associate conducts business.
- First/Last Name - Contact's name.
- Phone/Fax/Email/Address - Contact details.

Displays messages that are printed on the contract in the footnote section. These comments are visible to all.
- Visibility - Comment visibility to internal/external users.
- Comment By - ID of the user who entered the comment.
- Comment Date - Timestamp.
- Comment Text - Remark.

Displays customer service messages. These contract are set with internal visibility and will not be available to the customers.
- Visibility - Comment visibility to internal/external users.
- Comment By - ID of the user who entered the comment.
- Comment Date - Timestamp.
- Comment Text - Remark.
[edit] Price.Inputs
Displays discount and special pricing applicable to the selected contract. Inputs and parameters vary by service; therefore, the layout of the screen will change depending on the schedule selected.

Displays stations associated with the contract.
- Loc Code - Location proprietary number.
- Loc Name - Location full name.
- Area - Area in which the point is located.
- MLI - Master List of Interconnections - Associated MLI.
- Dir of Flow - Direction of flow.
- Prim/Sec Ind - Primary/Secondary identifier.
- Eff Begin/End Date - Effective date range.
- Point MDO Volume - Maximum Delivery Obligation - Maximum quantity of gas that the transporter is required to deliver to a point on a certain day.
- DDQ - Design Daily Quantity - Firm service obligation to shipper at each of its delivery points in a specified area on a coincidental design day.
- Min Pressure - Minimum delivery pressure at a point that the transporter agrees to meet or exceed.
- Loc Type - Location classification.
- RecStart - Recurrence start parameter.
- RecEnd - Recurrence end parameter.
