The Default Comment Setup screen allows users to view and maintain messages that are automatically added as comments to Shipper Releases and Pipeline Auctions.

Click 
to retrieve scheduling charges on the screen.
Select an entry from the list to view details.

To add a comment:
- Click

- Fill out the required fields.
- Click

[edit] Delete Comments
To delete a comment:
- Select the comment you wish to delete.
- Click
. A confirmation message will pop up. Click [YES].
[edit] FIELDS
- Comment Name - Name of the comment.
- Release Offer - Indicates that the comment will appear on all shipper releases.
- Auction Offer - Indicates that the comment will appear on all auctions.
- Release Bid - Indicates that the comment will appear on all capacity release bids.
- Auction Bid - Indicates that the comment will appear on all pipeline auction bids.
- Offer Comment Type - Specifies the offer comment type.
- Bid Comment Type - Specifies the bid comment type.
- Text - The text of the comment.
