[edit] Adding a Location Template

There are two ways to add a new location template: you may copy an existing record and modify the data to reflect your new record, or you may create a new record from scratch.
To copy an existing record, perform the following steps:

  • Select the record you wish to copy from the list.
  • Click Image:Copy.jpg at the top of the screen. The system will create a new location template and location history with data from the original record.
  • Change data in the location area and location history matrix, as necessary.
  • Template:Submit.

To create a new location template from scratch, perform the following steps:

  • Click Image:new.jpg at the top of the screen. The system will create a new location template with location history.
  • Fill out the required fields.
  • Template:Submit.
