Index Price area in Navigates™ provides tools necessary for viewing and maintaining index and spot prices. It contains the following menu items:
- Enter Index Prices - Allows users to enter rates for index prices.
- Manage Price Indexes - Allows users to enter new price indexes and modify existing ones.
- View Gas Index Prices - Allows users to see prices listed in such industry publications as Gas Daily and Natural Gas Intelligence.
TERMS
- Index Prices - Non-tariff standard rates obtained from pipeline or non-pipeline sources that are used for invoice-related business charges.
- Price Index - A set of index prices united by the type of charges.
