The Location Group screen allows users to view and maintain point groups.

[edit] View Groups

Click to retrieve view location groups.
Use the search fields at the top to narrow the search results.
Select an entry from the list and navigate to the tab of interest to view details.

[edit] Add Groups

To add a new group:

• Click .
• Fill out the required fields.
• Click .

To add a point set:

• Click [New] at the top of the matrix.
• Enter a location or point set characteristics.
• Fill out required fields.
• Select if the set should in included or excluded from the group.
• Click .
• To delete a point association, select the row you wish to remove and click [Delete].

[edit] Delete Associated Locations

To delete an associated location:

• Navigate to the Associated Location tab.
• Select the location you wish to delete. Click [Delete].
• Click .

To add a comments:

• Navigate to the Comments tab.
• Click .
• Fill out the required fields.
• Click .

To add a comments:

• Navigate to the Restrictions tab.
• Click .
• Fill out the required fields.

[edit] General & Associated Location

Display general information and associated locations.

• Group Code – Code is used to reference the location group.

• Group Name – Full name of the location group.

• Group Type – Location group type. Groups are unique to pipelines.

• Eff Begin/End Date - Effective date range.

• Updater - ID of the user or process that performed the last update.

• Update Timestamp - Last update timestamp.

• Location - Location proprietary number.

• Location Name - Location full name.

• Location Type - Location classification.

• Location Class - Indicates the location class.

• Dir of Flow - Direction of flow.

• Zone- Zone in which the imbalance occurred.

• Agg Area - Aggregation Area - Aggregation area in which the point lies.

• Segment Level - Segment level (1 - 4).

• Segment - Segment identifier.

• Include/Exclude - Indicates if the entry should be included or excluded from the location group.

• Operator - Point operator.

• Operator Agent - Point operator agent.

Displays comments.

• Comment - Text.

• Visibility - Comment visibility to internal/external users.

• Comment By - ID of the user who entered the comment.

• Comment Date - Timestamp.

[edit] Restrictions

Displays group restrictions.

• Point Code - Location proprietary number.

• Point or Group Indicator - Indicates whether the restriction is placed on a single point or on a group of points.

• Restriction Code - Type of restriction that is being placed on the point.

• Nom Dir of Flow - Direction of flow of the nomination to which the restriction applies.

• Description - Brief description of the restriction.
