The Location Vol/Qty screen allows point operators to view volumes measured at specific locations.

[edit] View Location Measurement

To view location measurement:

• Click . If you wish to limit search results to a specific set, enter your search criteria at the top of the screen prior to retrieval.
• Select a location from the list. Measurement data will be displayed on the General tab.
• To allow other BAs to view point measurement data, navigate to the Measurement Security tab.

To view measurement details:

• Select the Location/Meters pair from the drop-down list.
• Enter the flow start and end dates. Click [Retrieve].
• Select a date from the list and use available buttons to view further measurement details.

View Detail

Clicking this button will bring up point measurement details for the selected date.

View History

Clicking this button will bring up point measurement history for the selected date.

View By Acct Prd

Clicking this button will bring up point measurement history by accounting period.

[edit] Measurement Security

To add measurement security:

• Click [New] at the top of the matrix.
• Enter BA and effective begin and end dates. Click .
  

To delete measurement security:

• Select the row you wish to delete.
• Click [Delete] at the top of the matrix.

• Loc Nbr - Location number.
• DRN - Location DRN number.
• Loc Name - Location full name.
• Status - Location status.
• Loc Type - Location type.
• Loc Class - Location class.
• Dir Flow - Location direction of flow.
• Market Area / County / State - Geographical attributes of the location.
• Segment - Pipeline segment on which the location is situated.
• Operator Name- Point operator name.
• Operator Agent- Operator agent name.

• Location/Meters - List of meters associated with the location.
• Location/Meter Name - Name of the location specified in the dropdown.
• EGM - Electronic Gas Measurement - Indicates that the measurement on the point is done electronically, without the use of charts.
• Flow Start/End - Measurement dates.
• Acct Period - Accounting period for the measurement.
• Measured Volume - Volume of gas that flowed through a measuring station.
• Heating Value - BTU - Amount of heat produced by the complete combustion of a unit quantity of fuel.
• Energy Qty - Quantity used to transport gas through the pipeline.
• Estimate/Actual - Measurement detail indicator. A (Actual) indicates that both receipt and deliveries are allocated; E (Estimated) indicates otherwise.
• PPA - Prior period adjustment indicator.
• Hourly? - Hourly measurement reading indicator.
• Update Dt - Date and time of last measurement update.
• Updater - Name of the last source of measurement update.
