The Lock Contract screen allows user to lock a contract. Once locked, it may not be used for nominating.

[edit] Lock Contracts

To lock a contract:

  • Select the contract you wish to lock.
  • Click the [New] button at the top of the matrix.
  • Enter date and status.

[edit] Unlock Contracts

To unlock a contract:

  • Select the contract you wish to unlock.
  • Select the lock record you wish to delete.
  • Click the [Delete] button at the top of the matrix. A confirmation window will pop up - click [YES].
  • Enter date and status.

[edit] FIELDS

  • Svc Req K - Service Requester Contract - Contract on which the nomination is placed.
  • Repl Ind - Replacement indicator.
  • Rate Schedule - Type of service that the contract covers.
  • Service - Service name.
  • Status - Contract status.
  • Svc Req - Service Requester - ID of the customer associated with the contract on which the nomination was placed.
  • Begin Date - Contract term begin date.
  • End Date - Contract term end date.


  • Eff Begin/End Date - Effective date range.
  • Status - Current lock status.
