The Nomination History screen shows historical details of a nomination. It includes all updates that may have affected a nomination either by a user or by a system-ran process.
[edit] View Nominations
To view nomination history:
- Enter the search criteria at the top and click
.
- Select the nomination of interest. The history will appear in the lower section of the screen.

- Service Requester - Name of the customer associated with the contract.
- Svc Req K - Service Requester Contract - A unique identifier issued to the contract.
- Act Cd - A unique combination of receipt and delivery locations and upstream and downstream entities.
- Stat - Nomination status.
- From/To Date - Nomination dates.
- Svc Req K - Service Requester Contract - A unique identifier issued to the contract.
- Svc Req Name - Name of the customer associated with the contract.
- Flow Date - Nomination date.
- Stat - Nomination status.
- Cycle - Nomination cycle.
- Act Cd - A unique combination of receipt and delivery locations and upstream and downstream entities.
- Rel Id - Relationship ID.
- TT - Transaction Type - Special condition for nomination.
- Rec/Del Loc Prop - Location proprietary number.
- Up/Dn Name - Upstream/downstream business associate full name.
- Up/Dn K - Contract number associated with the upstream/downstream entity.
- Nom Qty - Nominated quantity.
- Sched Qty - Scheduled quantity.
- Rank - Priority of quantity reduction on point.
- Fuel Quantity - Fuel used to transport the quantity of gas requested. The calculation is based on the quantity of receipt point.
- Pkg ID - Unique ID used to differentiate identical nominations.
- Creator - ID of the user or process that placed the nomination.
- Red Cd - Reduction Code - The reason why quantity has been reduced.
- Update Dt - Date the nomination was last updated.
- Updater - ID of the user or process that last updated the nomination.
