The View Valuation screen allows users to view valuations.

[edit] View Valuations

To retrieve the list of valuations, enter the accounting period and click image:retrieve.jpg.
Select an entry from the list to view details of valuation.
Using a respective tab, users have an option of viewing general statement, monthly and daily summaries and components.

[edit] General

Displays general valuation information, such as contract details and total charges.

[edit] Monthly View

The Monthly View tab displays overall monthly charges for each point pair.
Three viewing options are available:
Summary tab displays total monthly valuation charges grouped by point pair, month, charge type and replacement contract.
By Type tab displays component types that make up charges for a selected point pair.
     To view data on the tab, select a point pair from the list on the Summary tab and navigate to the By Type tab.
Detail tab displays all components that make up the component types for a selected point pair.
      To view data on the tab, select a point pair from the list on the Summary tab and navigate to the Details tab.

[edit] Daily View

The Daily View tab displays daily valuation charges for each point pair.
Three viewing options are available:
Summary tab displays valuation charges for point pairs for each day.
By Type tab displays component types that make up charges for a selected point pair.
     To view data on the tab, select a point pair from the list on the Summary tab and navigate to the By Type tab.
Detail tab displays all components that make up the component types for a selected point pair.
      To view data on the tab, select a point pair from the list on the Summary tab and navigate to the Details tab.

The Component View tab displays summary of valuation components.


[edit] FIELDS

  • Sev Req K - Service Requester Contract.
  • Svc Req Name - Name of the customer associated with the contract.
  • Invoice Identifier - System ID.
  • Current Charges - Current invoice total.
  • Interest - Accrued interest.
  • Unpaid Balance - The past due outstanding balance on the account.
  • Top-Line Adjustments - Credit issued to the contract during via top-line adjustment process.
  • Total Amount Due - Total amount due for the current accounting period.
  • Last Valuation Run - Last time valuation was run for the selected contract.
  • By - ID of user who last ran valuation for the selected contract.
  • Accounting Period - Accounting period.
  • Invoice Contact - BA billing contact.
  • Address - Mailing address to be used for sending invoice.
  • Phone - Phone number associated with the contact.
  • Fax - Fax number associated with the contact.


  • Prod Month - Production month.
  • Repl K / TranID - Replacement contract or transaction ID associated with the valuation entry.
  • Charge Type - Type of scheduling charge applied.
  • Rec/Del Pt - Location proprietary code.
  • Rec/Del Zone - Location zone.
  • Price Rec/Del - Price level used in calculation of charges.
  • Qty - Total quantity to which the charge applies.
  • Rate - Component charge rate.
  • Invoice Amt - Total charge.
  • RS Comp Type - Rate component code.
  • PPR - Prior period reversal indicator.
