Data Administration

The Data Administration Area in Navigates™ is used to create and maintain customer information for all the assets. It contains the following menu items:
- Business Associate - Allows users to create and maintain customers, or business associates, by entering customer information, associating a customer to a particular asset and associating contacts with the customer. This vertical may also be used to view customer credit and history information.
- Contact - Allows users to create and maintain contacts by entering contact information and associating contacts with customers, addresses and internal contacts.
- Address - Allows users to view and maintain addresses and contact associations.
TERMS
- Addresses - Locations at which business associates can be contacted.
- Contacts - Individuals associated with Business Associates.
- Business Associates - Any customer that ships gas or operates a location on the pipeline, holds a Navigates™ system ID or is a designated agent of a Shipper or an Operator.
