The Invoicing area in Navigates™ provides tools necessary for running processes that calculate and generate invoices for the services offered to the pipeline customers. It contains the following menu items:

  • Invoice - Allows users to view invoices for a selected accounting period.
  • View Valuation - Allows users to view valuations, up-to-date statements of charges incurred by the customers.
  • Invoice Messages - Allows users to view any messages associated with an invoice.
  • Adjustment - Allows users to make adjustments to certain charges incurred by the customers.
  • Invoice Dates - Allows users to set dates vital for the invoicing process.
  • Index Prices - Allows users to to create, calculate and view index and spot prices used for generating charges.
  • Top-Line Adjustments - Allows users to add a stand-alone adjustment entry to a valuation of a selected contract.
