Schedule and View Reports
From Navigates Help
The Reports area in Navigates™ provides tools necessary for generating and viewing reports, which can be used for review and analysis.
[edit] View Reports
Click
to retrieve scheduling charges on the screen.
Select an entry from the list to view report parameters.
Select Screen Function >> View Report to view the actual report.
| NOTE: The view report menu item is enabled only for reports with a status of ‘Success’. |
[edit] Schedule Reports
To schedule a report:
- Click

- Specify the report you wish to run in the Report Name field.
- Fill out required fields (fields vary by report).
- If you wish to set up a recurrence pattern, check the 'Specify Recurrence checkbox and enter details.
- Click

[edit] Report Status
- Scheduled – Report is waiting to be picked up for processing.
- Running – Report is being processed.
- Success – Report completed successfully.
- Failed – Report does not complete successfully.
- Canceled – Report was terminated.
